in a recent thread, someone mentioned that their 15" SXGA+ flexview screen had a small amount of "ghosting" when watching movies.
i intend to order a T60 or T60p soon, mostly for "personal productivity," and writing interactive 3D software, but i would like to watch the occasional movie. photo editing would be nice, but is not necessary, since my photo editing can be done on a nice desktop system.
i've always thought i'd get a flexview, but i'm having a moment of hesitation, now that i've heard about the "ghosting."
how bad is the ghosting? is it bad enough that movies would look better on a non-flexview screen?
flexview ghosting or smearing while viewing movies

You're probably referring to me? I'll say this, they look better than they did on my last laptop. It's really very very minor. It won't be an issue, I was just trying to be extra thorough in my comments.
