Can 4.52CP2 be installed on top of WSEB FP3?

Can 4.52CP2 be installed on top of WSEB FP3?

I've looked at CP2 and it does have some extra goodies that WSEB does not. Is it advisable to install CP2 over WSEB FP3 or better to install to blank hard drive?
