2 problems: Access Connection & right click

1. Access Connection

I've had my T40 for about 3 to 4 years now. So far, i've changed the mobo and fan once. I have ALWAYS used windows to configure my wireless setup. 2 nights ago, Access Connections took over without me doing anything. I was just surfing the internet. So i thought, maybe i did something and it was time for a reformat anyway. I re-formatted and restored factory settings ( T42 settings using my girlfriend's recovery disk )

But i'm still having the same problem of Access Connection taking charge of the wireless. Does anyone know what's going on?


2. Before re-formatting my hard drive, i couldn't right click on desktop. After i did, i could do it for ONE day and then i couldn't. I didn't install much. Just Office, Photoshop, msn messenger... what's wrong?

If anyone has any advice, i'd appreciate it greatly.

1. If Access Connections is installed, it tends to take over the connections. If it is not working for you, or you don't want it, the best advice I could offer is to uninstall it.
2. I don't know.

Thanks for the reply. It's just that AC has never ever configured my wireless. It's suddenly come alive 2 days ago after 4 years. I'm really puzzled.
