T60 & KVM not working together?

Has anyone else tried using the T60 with a mini dock and a KVM?

I just got my T60 and mini dock yesterday, plugged it into my DVI KVM with USB port and it won't work with both Keyboard and mouse, it will only work with one or the other.

Anyone else experience this? Any way to fix it? My T42 and T43 never had this problem with the same KVM.
