I you order one with the GMA 950, can you upgrade or replace
it later?? or would it be expensive??
Another question before I order, which is better the XGA or
WXGA screen??

No, you can't upgrade graphics. The graphics are built into the motherboard. The GMA 950 is best for long battery life. The x1300, x1400 and v5200 are best for performance.
the WXGA has just been announced and, as far as I know, they haven't started shipping yet. Between the XGA and WXGA, it's whatever form factor you like the best: normal or widescreen. For me, I like normal (4:3) because I can fit more text in a window vertically.
