Cloning IBM Service Partition on T-30

Hi Guys,

I want to clone IBM Service Partition on my T-30 (containing the Win XP Install) on existing HDD to a new HDD. Shall I use Acronis 9.0 or Norton Ghost 10 will work as well? and what 's the procedure?
