IBM web site and Firefox

#1 Post by CyberDude » Fri Sep 03, 2004 6:00 am

Does anyone else have trouble using the IBM web site using Firefox? None of the web site 'interactive features' seem to work with FF like e.g. the features which identify your laptop when looking for driver updates, or the warranty look up link.

It asks to nstall Active X?? Sure IBM doesn't code their web sites only for I.E?

Alas, it would seem so. I have the same problem with FireFox (and with Mozilla before that.) I simply hold my nose and fire up IE whenever I need to go to IBM's or MSFT's sites. :(
