[Pics_Included]R60 Battery Prob !!

Well frnds i bought an IBM Lenovo Thinkpad R60 a month back. I use the lap attached to the 65W AC adapter most of the time !!

The prob is tht in the beginning when i used to work on battery power and later connect the lap to the adapter, i could see the batter charge back to 100%. Now for the past week or so, when i take off my adapter connection, the battery charge decreases gradually but on connecting the adapter back, the charge indication shows tht it is standing still (say 95% now) and not changing at all >> if i disconnect the adapter, the charge level will decrease.

So wht shud i do now to correct this ???
