This drive came with my laptop that was purchased back in March of this year. There is a 3 year warranty with this hard drive good till 2007 (february).

Drive has no bad sectors and runs great.

$140.00 shipped obo.

DaMaN, just one note: If you are planning to purchase this for your X40 don;t as it is 2.5" and won't fit. X40 takes 1.8" drives.
