Think* software, what can I remove?

Running an X40, and slowly running out of disk space.

Is there a list of what software from IBM/Lenovo can be
safely removed please?
In particular, that client security thing. Inapplicable in my case.
It seems to be embedded in bios somehow?
Hitting access IBM on boot and I can't change the bios
settings (not allowed!) yet no way of logging in as root
or whatever.

I'm heartily sick of Lenovo software. I've managed to stop
it updating every two minutes, now I want to get rid of it.

any advice please.
