256K RAM Update Question (600E)

#1 Post by Catlover32 » Tue Dec 05, 2006 7:33 pm

I have a 2645-4AU TP600E w/ INET36WW BIOS and 2 128k RAM cards. Is it as simple has dropping in 2 256K (33L3070) cards to get 512k RAM?

That FRU (33L3070) should be a 256MB low-density (8 components per side; 16 total) memory module which is what you need. And actually, you should have 544MB after that upgrade (256MB + 256MB + 32MB), unless you or somebody prior has disabled the on-board memory.
