Need help locating modem driver

Good evening. I've been looking for a driver for a mini modem bought from eBay, and have had no luck. The part in question is an IBM PCI modem with voice, part # 27L4988. The FRU is 08K3338. If anyone here happens to be using this card and might possibly e-mail the driver file, or know where to find it, that would be awesome, thanks.

The driver on this page should work. Your modem is an Ambit (formerly known as Lucent) according to http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/Mini-PCI_Modem_card
