A problem of using skype conference call. (T43p)

hey, you guys, I have a T43p, I don't know what kind of sound card I have inside of the machine, but recently I can not use skype's conference call. When I tried to add another line to the conversation, the previous line will be held. Do you guys have met this kind of problem before? My machine model is 2668.
How to setup the audio?

I think this is a Skype issue, not the T43p.
