how to upgrade hdd

#1 Post by a_d_y_a » Wed Dec 06, 2006 8:56 pm

Hi
I was wondering how to upgrade my HDD. Not physically but the data on it. How can move it on to the new disk quickly. Not just the files but the whole system. I have external USB 320 HDD and some flash drives and a T60.

I am looking to go from 60gb, 5400 rpm to 7k100 100gb.

What software do I need for this job? Anyone could post a tutorial?
