How much should i pay for t20 or t22

I payed about $350 canadian for my t21 with a 800Mhz cpu 20gb harddrive dvd player and 256Mb of ram. I got it from ebay and because it is my second thinkpad I purchased I and also maybe due to my remote location. This was a really good deal. I have seen some on ebay go for double that. Also a laptop like this does not sell locally for anything less than $400 to $500.

But from what I have seen from ebay, this is pretty standard.
