New Active Protection System Drivers released

Hey guys,

APS drivers for Vista released yesterday (32 bit) and today (64 bit.)

I haven't tried them yet.

i installed both, no problems yet, can't wait for thinkpad config and access connections, would love to get windvd player and creator and also record now, also fingerprint. i know alot won't be out until jan 07 according to posts but i check every day!

FYI. On my TP the new AP crashed windows on first boot with a BOSD. But i think that's related to the ATI display drivers.

When using MS display drivers no problems with the new package.

I have both the ati drivers and the ACPI power mgt, actually all released drivers only with vista from Lenovo and no issues. I havent done latest bios yet as it claims it needs conf software before it will run.. i'll either make a cd or use by xp build to update

Active Protection System runs fine on my unit as well (Vista RTM). Any news on the rest of the ThinkVantage tools??
