X24 Technical Problems

Hello,

I bought a new LCD Cable for my X24 from IBM while the old was broken. I put it into my Notebook, et viola, the Screen shows Picture again, but no backlight. The Inverter have to be ok, because i changed ist last year. Where can i look for a fuse or something ? I can´t hardly see anything.
