It seems to be accepting the customer number, but not the order number. And yes, I did order with a Visa card. Maybe it's just a glitch, but I am not going to hold my breath for it to arrive.

Second (well, third) attempt...

Ordered a keyboard along with the case... Received the email confirmation within a few minutes and checked on the order status.. says it's "in process". We'll see what happens now...

My feeling is that you have to order a laptop in order to get the case but there's no mention of it. The "important legal information" page is blank.

I ordered the headset and messenger bag. I got confirmation via email on both items - now we'll see if I actually get them.

That offer isn't available in New Zealand, much to my disappointment. To order it, I would have had to do something like say I was from Alabama, which may cause items to be shipped to the incorrect location ;)

Well, my order of the $20 keyboard with a free bag has been invalidated by Lenovo. At first the status page said it was being processed and now using the same customer number and order number it's coming back "Invalid Customer Number and/or Order Number".

Well it seems mine are showing that now too.
This morning when I posted they showed a shipping date of 12-20-06 for the headset and 01-01-07 for the bag.
Oh well I'm not out anything. :??:

It's almost certainly a glitch.

They're offering a free messenger bag with laptop purchase.

I'm a little disappointed because I ordered my laptop shortly before this promo began, and then my order was delayed-- which makes it seem like I could be better off if I'd waited a bit and ordered it with a free bag.
