Unsintalling Norton on facory install X31

I just set set up an used X31 I got from ebay using recovery disks. The default factory installation has Norton AV 2004 installed, and the add/remove panel does not show any un-installation options.

There is no uninstall program in the Norton Folder in Program Files either. My school gives me a free copy of McAfee to use and I'd prefer to use that on my X31. How do I go about uninstalling Norton?
