XP won't shutdown when upgrade from Home to PRO edition,

My new T42P won't shut down when I uprade the system from Home to Pro edition. Actually the Bluetooth won't work until I applied XPSP2, but it still won't shut down.

Any ideas?

T42P with WinXP Home??? I thought all T series come with WinXP Pro (or optionally with Win2K).
