Disabling RnR while not at home?

I have Rescue and Recovery setup where all my backups are stored on a network drive, on a server at home. As such, I had to fill out that little network share, and username/password box at one time. While I am at school for the first time with this laptop, I am getting that box popping up like every 2-3 minutes asking for the login information. Since it can't connect to \\opteronbox\\extra at school it just pops it right back up. What setting is making this program even LOOK for the share right now?
