I have an upgraded 770X (PII-400 / 384M Ram / XP Pro) that freezes after sometime (from boot time to around 5 minutes of use). Batterie is dead, so I use an AC Adaptor directly pluged to the Thinkpad and through the Selectabase. No luck in both cases!
If hooked to my Selectabase/Selectadock I got no problem at all running for hours!!! I need to go on the road now I wish to fix this problem. Hitting the road with the SelectaDock is no option!!!
Any idea what might be the problem?

770X Freezes if not on SelectaDock III
AC Adaptor output
The AC adaptor output is 16V 3.36A. I verified the voltage with a multimeter. Actualy I have two adaptors and I tested with both! Same result each time!
