Help -- GPF everytime I boot from ultrabay

On my T43p I had no problem booting from my ultrabay HDD.

On my T60p I get the blue screen GPF everytime I try to boot from my ultrabay HDD. I'm also getting this GPF when I try to active sync my pocketpc (Activesync 4.2) but not sure they're related.

I don't know how to troubleshoot this problem -- any help is greatly appreciated!
