Upgrading T41P Wireless Card

I have a T41P (great laptop) which has the following wireless card. My wireless connection seems very slow. Can the current card be changed for better one. What would you recommend, and what kind of speed increase will I see with the change. Also, where can I purchase a upgrade card?
Here is what I am currently using:

Intel PRO/Wireles LAN 2100 3B Mini PCI (11 Mbps)
