I think I might be hitting against the limitations of the S3 chipset.
Is it possible to output to a 17" 1,280 x 1,024 LCD as your primary and have the laptop 14" screen as the secondary?
I suspect this is possible on the T4x series given they are ATI and hence more advanced but what about the T2x?
I have tried some 3rd party software but none do it as far as I can see.
