USB Issues

When the user plugs in his Ipod or his USB Hub + Mouse windows pops up a message saying that they are plugged into usb 1.0 ports and that they would perform better if they were plugged into usb 2.0 ports.

I don't understand why this is happening. There are no new drivers from Lenovo and I have already tried re-installing the existing ones.

It is connected to a port rep right now and he is using the usb ports on the port rep itself but the problem also occurs using the usb ports on the side of the actual laptop.

Any ideas?
