Access connections "Unable to Apply Profile"

After I reinstalled Win XP (not from restore CD) and all the drivers. I could not use AC to connect to my SMC wireless router. during connection, it keeps giving me an error message "unable to apply profile" no matter if "wireless zero" is on or off. I've tried with or without encryption. However, Windows' built in wireless software could connect just fine.

The NIC is Intel 2100. Right now, I have AC 3.30 and Intel driver 1.2.3.14 installed on Win XP SP1.
