T20/21/22/23 14.1" XGA Screens - Compatible

Hiya,

I need to obtain a 14.1" XGA screen for a T23, I was wondering if those from a T20/21 or 22 are compatibe with the T23 unit. (The differences as I see it is the T20/21 has the IX8 Savage chip, T22 IX8+ and T23 IXC16.

Just that the on this T23 is not good enough, and needs replacement.

The HMM suggests that the difference is more to do with the manufacturer at the time.

Any ideas? Again this is for 1024x768 XGA screens not the rarer SXGA+ ones.

Also where are good places apart from eBay to order such an item apart from IBM as well?
