Hi,

I'm planning to get this T60P 20088HU the specs are:

T7600(2.33GHz), 2GB RAM, 100GB 7200rpm HD, 14.1in 1400x1050 LCD, 256MB ATI FireGL V5250, CDRW/DVDRW, Intel 802.11abg wireless, Bluetooth/Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure chip, Fingerprint reader, 9c Li-Ion batt, WinXP Pro

Anyone has any feedback on it.

Thanks

Extrememly nice system. the only "improvement" worth considering is a 15" IPS screen. But, it would be larger (and thus less portable), and the 15" UXGA screens are seeing limited availability.

What price are you getting for that system?
Apathy is on the rise, but nobody seems to care.

Thanks Rons,

The 15" is large for me. I'm still waiting for the price quote.

You pay a very high premium for the faster CPU and it is not clear you really need that. I'd save the money by getting a 2GHz part.

I know. But I only change my computer every 3-5 years. Right now I have T41P that I bought 3.5 years ago. As rule I try to buy the fastest computer available when I change.
