I have 2 pieces (512MB) PC2-5300 (DDR2 667) SODIMM for sale.

It is from my Thinkpad Z61M, never used as I upgraded to 2 X 1GB sticks so they sent the 2 X512mb separate with my laptop. They will be shipped in a static bag to anywhere in North America (included in price).


$45/stick
