Unable to acess system restore(F11) from boot

Hi to all!

I actually own a R31 Celeron and after a failed process of reinstalling windows using the system recovery, the ``Press F11 to invoke System recovery`` dissapeared...i ve tried many things including a MBR recovery from IBM (that doenst worked said that a XXX.ini file is missing)
and im unable to acess it and try reinstall windows and others IBM software
i surely doenst deleted the hidden partition, its still there.
what can i do now ?
im specially concerned on losing the windows that is there and all the drivers...
please anyone can help me ?
