Hotkeys not working on Vista Ultimate RTM and Beta driver

Hi all,

Firstly let me say I was very thankful to find these forums as it has answered a lot of my questions in relation to Vista and my T43.

I am having an issue with the Hotkey Beta drivers, they install successfully however I cannot control the volume or mute buttons on my T43. Has anyone else had this issue?

Also is their a beta version of the bluetooth software released? The MS one installs the adaptor fine however the proper software picks up all the required bluetooth services associated with my bluetooth devices, the MS one does not.

Also, has anyone succesfully got Access Connections to work with the Vista? Mine would not see the wireless adaptor even though it is installed fine and working with the native windows drivers.

You can control it, because the Buttons are independent of the Hotkey-tool. You just don't see the green indicator. I had the same issue with my T41p.

Just install the Lenovo System Interface Driver for Vista - Version 1.00 (1MB)

That should do the Trick.
