What happened to "Power Manager"?

What happened to "Power Manager"?

I have that program on one of my T42s. I went to put it on a new to me rebuilt one and can't find it anywhere.

I liked that you could click on the Battery and another tab and get to the "closing the lid does X" screen. I change that several times in a day. The shortcut was nice.
