R51 Fan shatered into pieces when I used compressor to clean

#1 Post by Dimitri_P » Fri Jan 12, 2007 2:05 am

That was funny....

I always use my compressor to clean the dust off different parts of laptops/desktops, etc.

Now, I did use it before on fans, but this was the first R51 FAN/heatsink assembly I had. The second I start blowing compressed air in it, I see pieces flying out...

In the end, it shatered to pieces, 1cm long MAX...
