FS/T: IBM X40 256MB Ram

This memory is pretty much "new". I got the x40 yesterday. I've used it about 1-2 hours total. It was brand new in box when I got it.

I want to get a 512 stick of RAM for my laptop to replace the 256, and so the 256 is of no use to me.
