Can I swap a T40 HD into a T42?

Last summer I installed a 100GB 5400rpm Toshiba HD into a T40 2374 (and posted a follow-up report here.)

Does anyone know if I can swap this drive into a T42?
X120e 0596-2RU ?Ghz 4GB 360GB Win7
T43 2668-? ?Ghz 1GB 160GB WinXP-SP3

It should go fine, I can't see a reason that it wouldn't except for some drivers and software (which SI should take care of). :)
