Help! Cannot copy HPA to a bigger disk.

I followed the instructions in the IBM white paper and the FAQ item here and created an HPA image in a bootable DVD. The drive the HPA came from was 40GB. I was able to put the HPA back onto a different 40GB drive by booting from the DVD and running FWRESTOR. I then restored the main partition. Everything worked, so I know my backups are OK. When I tried to put the HPA onto a 60 GB drive, however, the image was restored at the same physical location as it was on my 40GB drive, so I ended up with 22GB of unusesable space.
