Scrolling in Java Application doesn't work

when I'm using Java application I have a problems using the scrolling feature of the Trackpoint and touchpad. it basically doesn't work. i have tried toe java apps and neither has scrolling functions.

anyone has any solution for this, is this only happening with IBM drivers or all brands have the same problem.

if you want to try this in your laptop, one java application that i tried with was Limewire which you can download for free. (http://maverick.limewire.com/download/L ... n-full.exe) i also tried intellij idea.
