Hi there I have a T42 and all the trackpoint buttons have stopped working apart from the centre button, both left and right click on both devices fail to function, and the only way to use the laptop now is through a USB mouse.
Pointer motion however works fine, and ive tried swapping with a known working keyboard and it is still the same.
How can I check that my laptop is still under warranty?
Can anyone explain the process involved in a warranty repair through IBM?
Im in the UK, northwest.
