anyone else have a power mgr incompatibility with this version of operating system after installing todays round of windows updates for vista? it worked fine before now complains.

Same here. Vista is complaining that the power management software has known compatibility issues.

I installed the two power management packages that Lenovo has on the site with compatibility for Vista listed.. no errors here.

they worked fine for me to start, but after todays windows updates for vista, then it was a problem.

so did you install todays' windows updates?

yup.. I'm using version 1.41 or somethin of the power management software.

Yep ~I get the same incompatibility message on bootup. I also don't get a message box telling me the battery's low

so my machine hibernates without warning. That SUCKS.
