ThinkPad T23 - Volume not working

Hello. My T23 volume is not working. Over the weekend, I took it with me on Amtrak & when I tried to watch a movie........ no volume. I re-installed the software (PowerDVD ver 6.0) & still no volume. It's not my software. Is there a volume control on the unit (hardware)?

Yes. It's one of the small, grey buttons in the same row as the ESC key and the power button. Press the one with an upward arrow at least ten times and see what happens. Also, don't forget Windows has its own volume control, usually accessible from the system tray (bottom right corner of the screen).

Thanks PianoWizard. It was the volume up button. I probably hit the mute button.
