Install of 4.0 Monitor Driver Fails

I tried to install the new 4.0 monitor INF file (http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... MIGR-62923) on my T60p with a 14.1" 1400x1050 display running Windows XP. I downloaded the driver and then tried to update the monitor driver by pointing at C:\DRIVERS\WIN\MONITOR and using the TPLCD.INF.

It reads the files and then says "An error occurred during the installation of the device. The system cannot find the file specified."

I tried to go back to the old driver, but I get the same message. Anyone else have this problem?
