For sale or trade here is a 1.7ghz P4-M 478 pin CPU with 512KB L2 cache. I don't know the model number offhand, but I can get it if someone's interested.

Asking for $20 shipped.

Not from a ThinkPad. It's the one from the Evo in my signature, I'm getting a 2.0ghz CPU for it.

I believe those are P-M chips. This is a P4-M.

Nope, the T40 uses Pentium M. Even the slowest T40 is faster than 1.7GHz P4 anyway.
