300GB Notebook Drives...

I remember reading that the 4200 RPM 2.5" 300GB Hard Drives are supposed to come out this month, but does anyone have any more details? Specific release date? Cost? I'm buying one the instant its on Newegg.

Somehow I see them being more than $1/gb....[censored]

EDIT: For the record, the model number is: MHX2300BT
I just googled for it with no new info.

I am still waiting for a 160Gb or better 7200-rpm drive to become an option in ThinkPads. I am in no rush (Vista connection software not available from vendor until Q3 2007), but I won't settle for less than 7200-rpm. ... JD Hurst
