I was just wondering if i can get a USB Hd, because my thinkpad 600( P11 266 mhz, with 32 mb ram, and a 4gig hd). My hd is just not big enough. will i get any problems when doing this.

You can. I use one for imaging. Must have appropriate drivers, of course, so OS matters.

I have one of these. Snap a drive in this and slide it into your cdrom bay.

You could replace your hard drive with one up to 120GB with no problem, other than moving everything over.

A backup/restore package can help with that, as can Windows XP's migration utility, if you're using XP.
