Windows Paint and a few minutes of your time.

Open Paint. Click Image/Attributes and set width and height to your display's dimensions. Click OK. Select the Fill tool (the paint bucket pouring out paint). Select Black from the color palette at the bottom of the screen. Click inside the drawing area. The image will now be all black. Press CTRL-F to view the entire bitmap image. Look at all of the pixels for any anomalies. When done, press the Enter key to return to the Paint program. Select Red and repeat. Repeat for Green, Blue and White.

If you are looking for an automatic way of determining if you have bad pixels, I don't know of any program that can do this. This is the method I have used for years to verify LCD panels.

You could also use this to test.

If you have "stuck" pixels, you could start this and immediately shield your eyes. It just might unstick them.
