RnR 4.0 installation error 25011

After uninstalling RnR 3.0 on my TP 43 with XP, I tried to install RnR 4.0. The installation stopped with Error 25011:

A file required to install the RnR environment could not be located. ... Make sure that the correct .tvt file is located in the same folder as this setup package ...

In fact, all .tvt files are in the same folder as the installation exe file, unpacked by the downloaded tvtrnr4_1112en.exe.

Any idea what's missing?

Yes - when I finally used the full version (with all languages, not just the English short version) it worked. Obviously, the installation program was looking for files belonging to another language group which were not in the installation folder.
Fortunately, the user interface language of RnR is English, as intended, and not the local language which I only use for keyboard, time format, currency etc.
