Using DriveImage 7, I am trying to restore an image of my system drive C (Windows XP). However, after booting from the DriveImage CD, none of the HDD partitions are visible to the program.
In contrast, when following the same procedure on a Dell desktop, I have access to all the HDD partitions on that system. I thus conclude that this is not a problem with the software, but an issue with the hardware / BIOS configuration of the T60.
Does the T60 have some sort of protection enabled so that one can not see the HDD when booting off a 3rd party CD? I looked through the BIOS settings, but nothing immediately stood out.
I would appreciate any insights you might have.
Thanks / Oliver
