FS: MORE ADDED: Pentium MMX, SO-DIMM memory sticks

#1 Post by toddyjoe » Mon Feb 12, 2007 5:29 pm

Spring-cleaning is starting early:

Intel Pentium 133 processor with MMX technology -- $5 shipped.
Original Thinkpad 310ED Socket 7 processor which works fine. Original IBM part-number sticker on it. Operates at 2.45Vcc. I overclocked it to 166 MHz but swapped in a higher-powered processor before trying to push it any higher.

Two sticks of IBM 128MB PC100 SDRAM CL2 SO-DIMM memory -- SOLD AS OF 2/21/07.

Two sticks of 64MB PC66 SDRAM SO-DIMM memory -- $7 each shipped.
I got these new last year from a dealer and they did not work in my laptop. Another experiment which failed.

One stick of 128MB EDO SO-DIMM memory -- $25 shipped
I got this new last year as well. It is a low-profile module only 1" tall and worked fine in my computer but was inconveniently too thick for my memory bay (could not snap into place and put cover on). Cost me $40 without shipping even added so my loss is your gain.

If interested in anything, drop me an e-mail or leave me a private message here. Do not need any trades at this time. Thanks for looking!

I have no idea if they work in a T22 as I do not own one. Sorry!

The PC66 sticks won't work, but the PC100 ones should. Can you provide the part numbers of those sticks so others can look them up for you?

Dell OptiPlex 9010 SFF (Core i3-3220 / 8GB / 8TB); HP 8300 Elite minitower (Core i7-3770 / 16GB / 9.25TB)

The stickers on the PC100 sticks read as follows (with the serial numbers omitted and marked by X's):

"IBM Approval 38L2982 1NEMF S/N 0 XXXXX FRU: 20L0265"

The PC66 sticks both read:

"QC 012599I001 01
90000-20596-211"

On the new 128MB EDO stick, the sticker reads:

"AVED16F664LSD8TS-60"

Hope this helps.
