T-20 ,2647-44U

I,m trying to find out where I can locate the CPU upgrade's for a very nice T-20, I've had a couple of year's. It's like new but need to be faster.
Can anyone help ? I,ve been thru the search function here but not much luck. Thank's in advance, JD
Well, I guess the ques. is not on a T41/42 so I won't get any replys. Is there no-one with past experience on a 2647-44U ? Guess it's to old huh!
